The weekender kicks off on Friday, July 7 with a headline set from McFly.

The four-piece, founded in 2003 with the help of Busted singer James Bourne, went straight to No. 1 with their debut single, Five Colours in Her Hair.

The single was followed by a string of hits, including Obviously, All About You and Shine a Light.

Their latest album, Power to Play, was released on Friday, June 9 and is the group’s seventh studio album.

Band members Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones, Dougie Poynter and Harry Judd have all appeared on a number of television shows throughout their career.

Both Tom and Harry showed off their moves in Strictly Come Dancing, with drummer Harry winning the glitterball trophy in 2011.

Bassist Dougie Poynter was crowned King of the Jungle after appearing on I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here in the same year, while singer and guitarist Danny Jones reached the finals of Celebrity Masterchef in 2022.

McFly will also be appearing at Pub in the Park in Tunbridge Wells for a headline set the night after their Dreamland concert.

Taking to the vintage fairground’s Scenic Stage on Saturday, July 8 is N-Dubz, who will be performing in Margate as part of their much-anticipated reunion tour.

The three-piece, which consists of Dappy, Tulisa and Fazer, have joined forces once again after pursuing solo careers for the past 11 years.

The group announced their comeback in May 2022 with new single Charmer, and a string of UK dates named the Back to the Future Tour, including sold-out arena shows at the end of last year.

The trio from Camden had a hit in 2009 with Number 1, which spent three weeks at the top of the charts.

Since their initial split in 2011, the band members have each gone onto have their own separate careers, most notably Tulisa with a two-year stint on the X Factor which saw her win with girl group Little Mix.

You can get tickets to both concerts online here.

The two groups are performing as part of this year’s Margate Summer Series, which includes performances from big names such as Tom Jones, Primal Scream and Two Door Cinema Club.
