Father Christmas and his team of elves will be returning to The Reindeer Centre in Bethersden to meet all the good boys and girls, parents and grandparents this November and December

The jolly man from the North Pole will first make his appearance on the weekend of November 12 and 13, then every day from Saturday 19 November until Saturday 24 December.

Due to popular demand for tickets, The Reindeer Centre will be operating a booking system this year for weekends and Christmas Eve only. Visitors are welcome to simply pop in and pay at the gate during weekdays.

Once you arrive at the Reindeer Centre and have purchased or collected your tickets, then the fun can begin!

Each family will enjoy meeting with Father Christmas in his magical Christmas cabin where all the good boys and girls will receive a quality wrapped gift

You will then walk through his enchanting 150 ft animated magical grotto, through eight separate scenes.

This will lead through into the big Christmas animal barn before a trail leads you through the reptile area where you can see all of the lovely animals on display including Carter the Giant Tortoise and the cheeky family of meerkats.

The donkeys, ponies, goats and alpacas will also all be there to greet you and you’ll also have the opportunity to meet the stars of the show - Santa’s magical reindeer.

There’s also the chance to have a chat and learn all about the reindeer from the handlers within the pen area.

And if the reindeers are feeling peckish, then why not purchase pellets to feed the reindeers and the other farm animals yourselves (£1 per pot).

Other activities within the barn area include:

• A soft play assault course and the pirate ship sandpit
• The hugely popular snow pit in the barn where there’s a chance for a snowball fight (with fake snow)
• Christmas Selfie rooms - why not have the whole family pose for a picture in the different scenes
• The chance to get a bite to eat and to have a drink. Hot and cold refreshments are available as well as burgers, sandwiches and The Reindeer Centre’s very popular hot chocolate with marshmallows and cream.
• The chance to pop into the gift shop to treat yourself or maybe somebody else with a special gift such as toys or decorations.

The Reindeer Centre is located at Capralama Farm, Pluckley Road in Bethersden (TN26 3EQ).

Please be aware that you only need to buy a ticket for weekend and Christmas Eve visits. All other dates payable on the gate on arrival.
