Tonbridge Angels youngster Luca Woodhouse joins League 1 club Wycombe Wanderers

Tonbridge Angels academy player Luca Woodhouse has joined Football League club Wycombe Wanderers.

The 18-year-old will be part of the League 1 outfit's development squad after signing a one-year professional contract.

Itā€™s a great opportunity for the midfielder who made his Angels first-team debut under former manager Steve McKimm, having been nurtured by academy boss Tom Parkinson.

Woodhouse also spent time on loan at Isthmian League Hythe last season, where then-manager James Rogers tipped him for a successful career.

ā€œHeā€™ll go on and play for Tonbridgeā€™s first team and I think heā€™ll go beyond that,ā€ said Rogers at the time.

ā€œHeā€™s just got something about him, heā€™s really impressive.ā€
