JLS to play at Dreamland Margate

Boyband heartthrobs JLS are coming to Kent to play a “brand new live show” next summer.

The four-piece group of Aston Merrygold, Oritsé Williams, Marvin Humes, and JB Gill will hit the scenic stage at Dreamland Margate on July 6.

Announcing the news, the theme park said: “One of Britain’s most successful boybands, JLS, will be bringing a brand-new live show bursting with fresh elements to Dreamland.”

The band are known for their 2010s hits such as Beat Again, Everybody in Love and The Club is Alive.

They rose to fame after coming second on The X Factor in 2008.

They released four albums, with hits including Eyes Wide Shut and One Shot, but split in 2013.

However, Gill – who owns a farm in Kent where he lives with his family hinted at a comeback tour in 2021.

Tickets go on sale on November 3.
