TWO men are to appear before magistrates at Sittingbourne on Tuesday accused of murder.
Lewis Scudder, 32, of Noreen Avenue, Minster, near Sheerness, is charged with killing Paul Rowlands, conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Michael Kemp, 31, of Alma Street, Sheerness, is accused of murdering Mr Rowlands and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
