Suspected cocaine dealers arrested in Minister Road, Minster, Sheppey

Two suspected cocaine dealers have appeared in court.

Officers stopped a Vauxhall Corsa near Minister Road, Minster, last Thursday (June 8).

A search of a nearby property led to the seizure of a mobile phone, a quantity of wraps believed to contain cocaine, money, and drugs paraphernalia.

A woman from the area was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

Ellie Smith was later charged with possession with intent to supply cocaine.

Jamie McDonnell, of Lapwing Close, Minster, has also since been charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine.

Smith, 25, and McDonnell, 29, appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Saturday (June 10) where they were both bailed to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Monday, July 3.
