Dartford v Maidstone

Dartford are expecting a crowd of around 1,800 for the first-ever visit of Maidstone to Princes Park.

The game is sure to revive memories for older fans of their ground-sharing days at the former ground in Watling Street.

And Stones joint boss Alan Walker is expecting a tough match.

He said: "They are on fire at the moment, but we had a good result against Tonbridge, and will go there full of confidence.”

James Pinnock is ruled out due to a one game ban, after being sent off in the 2-2 draw at Longmead Stadium, and Ian Cox is again unavailable due to work commitments. Ben Lewis returns to the squad after suspension.

Dartford are on the verge of the play-offs going into the game.

Boss Tony Burman said: “It seems a long time since we last played at Princes Park and the players are looking forward to getting back home.

“But what a home game to come back to. The talk is that the crowd could be 1,500, maybe nearer 2,000, which would be fantastic.

“Maidstone haven’t played for a couple of weeks because of postponements, so their supporters will be itching to get out and support the team.

“Our own fans turned out in big numbers against Horsham down in Worthing last Saturday and I reckon they will be really up for this one. I’m expecting a terrific game.”

Lee Noble is free from suspension and returns to contention for Darts.
