The near 7,000 sq ft vacant building is found opposite Boots and the Mall shopping centre.

It can be used as a restaurant or cafe and has been described as having “development potential for a mixed-use scheme or change of use”.

Creams Cafe currently has an eight year lease on the site, which started in October 2020, at £40,000 per year.

There are multiple access points to the property from both King Street and Church Street.
