The family of a man who went missing more than a week ago have made a desperate appeal for help in tracing him.

Fifty-year-old Stephen Leheup from Turner Road in Tonbridge arrived home from work on Sunday, November 20, but then swiftly left the house on foot, taking only a mobile phone and charger with him.

Mr Leheup left without keys or money and has not been seen or heard from since.

Police have been able to trace the phone to the north Tonbridge area, but it is not known if it is still in his possession. Officers have also conducted several searches with Kent Search and Rescue but nothing has been found.

His son, Toby, 20, said: "Dad going missing is extraordinarily out of character and we are deeply worried for him, especially with his diabetes.

"He just seemed to vanish as he walked out the front door."

He is a white man of stocky build, with straight, greying brown hair, blue eyes and a moustache. He also wears glasses and is around 5 feet 10 inches.
