PAUL MILLMAN: "We have a policy for being open and forthcoming whenever we can"

KENT chief executive Paul Millman has asked supporters or members of the county to talk to him if they have any gripes or problems with the running of their club.

The former squash international, cricketer and director of Merrydown, said: “My position on running the club remains the same in that I carry on as usual.

"We have had no one come to us with a resolution for an EGM, from any source whatsoever, and until someone does come to me with a firm resolution it’s nigh on impossible to comment.

“If anyone has a problem with the way the club is run that’s absolutely fine, but what I would ask is that they come to us and discuss that problem with us first.

“The chairman Carl Openshaw and myself have a policy for being open and forthcoming whenever we can and we have introduced the new innovation of a members’ forum next month to try and sort out any cricketing issues the membership have.”
