RONNIE JEPSON hopes his players have learnt their lessons from Saturday’s draw against Bournemouth ahead of their festive fixtures.
The Gills put in a lacklustre first half display against the League 1 strugglers and only rescued a point with an injury time equaliser by Andrew Crofts.
He said: "One or two of the lads need to take a look at themselves after that game. I’m not naive enough to forget about that first-half performance."
