Fleet undone by second half turn around

Kidderminster Harriers 3 Ebbsfleet United 1

Ebbsfleet United slumped to their third Blue Square Premier defeat in the space of a week after going down 3-1 away to Kidderminster Harriers.

Liam Daish’s men took the lead on 15 minutes thanks to Ricky Shakes, but Fleet were undone by three goals in the space of 11 minutes after the break.

Neil McKenzi levelled for the home side on 63 minutes, before Brian Smikle made it 2-1 five minutes later,with fellow striker Matthew Barnes-Homer capitalising to make it 3-1 on 74 minutes.

The result keeps Fleet 12th in the Blue Square Premier table.
