A MAN is due to appear at Maidstone Crown Court today, charged with a string of rapes across the South East.
Railway worker Antoni Imelia, 48, from Appledore near Ashford, denies charges of rape, kidnapping indecent assault and attempted rape.
The charges relate to a period between November 2001 and October 2002 across Kent, Surrey, London and Hertfordshire.
