A high-performance Audi has been badly damaged in an arson attack in Canterbury.

The car was parked in a garage in Orchard Street when the fire was started between 4.30am and 5am yesterday.

A young woman - possibly a teenager - and two young men were seen running away from the scene.

The woman is described as 5ft 7in and was wearing dark blue jeans and a navy blue horizontal striped hooded top.

One of the young men is described as 6ft 3in, was wearing a dark navy hooded top and was carrying a beer can.

The other young man is described as 6ft and was wearing a grey hooded top.

Thousands of pounds of damage was done to the car.
