Jacob Erskine has returned from a loan spell with Croydon Athletic and lines up for Gillingham reserves against Brentford on Monday afternoon.

Erskine (pictured) helped Croydon to the Ryman League Division 1 South title during his stint and will feature in Gillingham’s final Combination League match of the season.

With Gillingham short of defenders Erskine could line up at the back for the reserves, a position he filled at Croydon.

Stuart Lewis, Rashid Yussuff, James Walker and Andy Pugh are also in action in a team that includes a number of youngsters.

The game takes place at Staines Town with a 2pm kick-off.
