A former Gillingham footballer has appeared in court to face charges of attacking a woman in a nightclub.
Marlon King, who is on loan to Middlesbrough from Wigan Athletic, appeared before City of Westminster magistrates' court in London.
He is alleged to have sexually assaulted and punched a 20-year-old woman in a nightclub in central London in December.
