FIVE men accused of murdering a Hells Angel biker have pleaded not guilty in court.

Gerry Tobin, 35, from Mottingham, near Bromley, was shot in the back of the head as he rode along the M40, in August.

Simon Turner, 41, Dane Garside, 42, Malcolm Bull, 53, Dean Taylor, 46, and Ian Cameron, 45, all appeared via videolink at Birmingham Crown Court.

Their addresses cannot be given for legal reasons.

Mr Tobin worked at Warr's Harley Davidson dealership in Mottingham together with his girlfriend Rebecca Smith, 25.

The couple lived a few steps away from the shop, in Mottingham Road.

He was shot dead on his return from the Bulldog Bash biker festival near Stratford-upon-Avon, on August 12.

A trial has been set for October.
