A Kent Tory MP accused of overpaying his son with public money has been ordered to give it back.
Derek Conway, of Old Bexley and Sidcup constituency, will have to return almost £4,000 and will be forced to make an apology to the House of Commons.
Mr Conway employed several members of his family.
He is due to step down at the next election.
