DJ Barry Bethell faces trial in November

DJ Barry Bethell will face trial on sex assault and child porn charges in November.

The case, at Canterbury Crown Court, is expected to last two weeks.

Bethell, 64, of Kimberley Grove, Seasalter, had denied charges of sexual assault and downloading child pornography.

The DJ pleaded not guilty to the charges at a preliminary hearing.

He was remanded in custody until his trial on November 11.
