Dover Christ Church Academy has re-opened after pupils were sent home because of a burst water main.

Principal Richard Williams said the academy had to close at 1pm on Tuesday, October 19. It re-opened this morning, Wednesday October 20, as usual.

Special arrangements had to be made for students to use their bus passes to get home because of the early closure.

The water main, which supplies water to various part of the campus, had been causing problems for several days.
