Trainees make it to the top

Mike Scott, Nick Austen and Fiona McIntosh have become partners in Kent law firm Cripps Harries Hall. They all joined the Tunbridge Wells-based firm in 1994 as trainees, qualifying in 1996 and becoming associates in 2000.

Senior partner Andrew Fermor said: "It is particularly gratifying to see three solicitors who have spent their whole career with Cripps Harries Hall rise up through the firm to partnership."
