Mr Roberts said: “We’re bringing the spirit of American biker and dive bars to Folkestone, and we can’t wait for everyone to experience what we have in store.

“People have been asking me for years when will I open a bricks-and-mortar venue and after finding the perfect location now felt like just the right time.

“I’ve got so many ideas and I think the locals I going to really embrace what we are bringing to the town.”

Blackmarket is set to open its doors in early November and will be serving customers from Wednesday through to Sunday. An exact opening date has not yet been published.
