MP backs down in tuition fee row

A KENT MP has been telling why he has changed his mind over university tuition fees and will now be backing the Prime Minister in the Commons today.

Gwyn Prosser, who represents Dover, says he reconsidered his position after amendments to the Bill and a personal meeting with Tony Blair.
