Teenage cyclist assaulted in alleyway

A 16-year-old boy was hit repeatedly by a man who attacked him when he was cycling home through an alleyway in a Kent town.

The teenage victim was on his bike in Knights Manor Way, between Mallards Close and St Vincents, Dartford, when the man approached him and hit him.

He continued to hit the boy but was eventually scared off by a woman who shouted at him and then called the police. The teenager was not seriously hurt.

The offender is described as white, aged between 28 and 30, 6ft 6ins tall, with blond hair. He was wearing a T-shirt and jeans.

The assault took place on Saturday, May 20 at around 4pm.
