M25 killer Kenneth Noye has failed to have his minimum jail term reduced.
The 63-year old was jailed for life in 2000 for stabbing Stephen Cameron to death at Swanley in Kent in 1996.
He fled to Spain but was extradited in 1998.
He was told in 2002 he must serve at least 16 years in prison before he can be considered for parole.
