Accident on A2 near M25 junction 2 causes queues

The A2 has seen traffic grind to a halt after a crash.

It has happened on the stretch between the M25 junction 2 (Darenth Interchange) and the B255 (Bean / Bluewater).

The collision happened around 11.20am and police had left the scene by 1pm.

Highways England cameras showed a large volume of vehicles building in the area.
