Man, 22, suffers broken nose and memory loss after serious assault in Essex Road, Dartford

A man suffered a fractured skull, broken nose and temporary memory loss after he was viciously attacked in Dartford town centre.

The assault took place near to the Kent Road junction of Essex Road at around 12.35am on Friday July 3.

The 22-year-old victim was talking with four men in the Flying Boat Pub in Spital Street and left with the group shortly before the incident.

He suffered multiple injuries, one of which caused a loss of feeling to one side of his face.

A police spokeswoman said: "Officers are appealing for information after a man reported being seriously assaulted.

"The victim told police he had no memory of the attack and only remembers waking up in an ambulance."
