Three people treated for injuries following crash near Bluewater and Darent Valley Hospital

Motorists were held up on the roads this morning following two crashes near a hospital.

Emergency services were called to Watling Street, Dartford – between Bluewater and Darent Valley Hospital – shortly after 9.30am following reports of a road traffic collision.

Two fire engines attended and crews treated three people for minor injuries before paramedics from the South East Coast Ambulance Service arrived.

It follows an earlier crash involving two vehicles at the junction of Cotton Lane and Bow Arrow Lane in nearby Stone just before 6am.

Delays have now been cleared.
