Traffic on the A2 was brought to a standstill this evening after a car hit the central reservation.
The accident involving a silver Ford Fiesta, happened on the Pepper Hill section of the A2 heading towards Dartford, just before 7pm.
Eyewitnesses saw a man being lifted out of a silver Fiesta, but no injuries have been reported.
Several lanes were closed due to oil on the road following the crash.
Delays of about 30 mins were reported.
