House near Ashford wins RIBA award

Now that’s what you call a room with a view.

This stunning house in a village outside Ashford has just picked up a top gong in the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) 2010 Awards.

It was one of five winners in the South East region.

Designed by Hythe-based CTM Architects, the house’s exact location is not being revealed for security reasons.
